Return and Exchange Policy – Lufian Watches In our effort at Lufian Watches to satisfy our customers, we clarify the return and exchange policy according to the following conditions: Return The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and the original box. Watches that have been used or stickers removed cannot be returned. The customer bears the shipping cost if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect. Exchange The customer has the right to request an exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. The replacement product must be available in stock. In case of price difference, the difference is paid or refunded depending on the case. ⚠️ Manufacturing Defects In case of a proven manufacturing defect, the store bears all shipping costs, and the replacement or return is made without any fees. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, with attached photos or videos showing the issue. Non-Returnable Products Watches discounted during offers or clearance (if such notice exists). Custom or special orders according to the customer’s request. Refund The refund is processed within 5–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the product, using the same payment method.
